JRO facilitated the development of the first-ever county-wide Thurston Economic Alliance Strategic Plan. Approved by all major municipal jurisdictions and community and economic development organizations, the plan outlines strategic initiatives for workforce development, poverty reduction, emerging industry growth and other major focus areas. The plan also includes an extensive set of performance indicators for tracking progress and setting the course for future plan updates.
